Come home to this warm, cosy, newly refurbished (Jan 2025), lovingly decorated cabin. Enjoy stunning views across Loch Portree, the town and the Cuillin Mountains. Feel peace and tranquility surrounded by nature; yet be within easy walking distance of the town center with restaurants, pubs and shops. Explore our bonny island from this central location. Spot otters, seals, shore birds and occasionally sea eagles from the cabin. A similar cabin, Kate’s Cabin, can be booked too for larger groups.

Only 5 min walk to Kilt Rock where they are filming the new Highlander movie and an outdoor patio to sit back and relax with spectacular views of the Old Man of Storr. 10 mins drive to the Quiraing for hiking and to Staffin Beach with dinosaur footprints. NicNeacail - Peinaha, Glenhinnisdal, Isle of Skye

Located in the quiet rural crofting township of Glenhinnisdal, 11 miles North of Portree, Pod NicNeacail offers a perfect, peaceful escape from a busy life. With the Trotternish Ridge as a backdrop, Glenhinnisdal offers both a base for walking and with a short drive of about hour, access to the island’s main attractions. Our pods are furnished with en-suite shower room and kitchenette, and with a decked area with garden bench providing a place for relaxing while taking in the surrounding views.

Near Byre @ 20 Lochbay (Self-Catering )

Fabulous self-catering apartment for 2 people (+1 small/medium sized dog). This 18th Century cow byre has been lovingly restored by the owners, retaining the original stone walls. An ideal space to get away from it all, enjoy peace and quiet in front of a wood-burning stove, whilst taking in the amazing views from Lochbay to the Outer Hebrides. Cabin Beo

We're excited to offer our guests a 5* experience with our custom built cabin. We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

HANNAH’S COTTAGE

With its distinctive red roof and beautifully finished stone walls Hannah’s Cottage is the perfect couple's retreat on the romantic Isle of Skye. The cottage comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen, luxury shower room and full laundry. Cosy underfloor heating provides year round comfort in any weather. Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

Gael

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

The Cowshed En-Suite Pods

Our beautiful wooden pods are set on the hillside behind the Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse and enjoy amazing views across to the bay and the hilly surroundings of Uig. In a wonderful location to explore the Isle of Skye, The Cowshed is perfectly situated for enjoying spectacular sunsets in a peaceful setting. We have 7 pods available, and each of these cosy spaces is equipped with enough comforts for you to enjoy a relaxing break surrounded by nature.

Pod 1 Sealladh Mara Unique space with great views

Small but well formed- the pod is 3 meters x 4.8 meters. Beautiful setting by the sea. 10 minute drive from Portree. Close to local bus route. Plenty of local wildlife to sit and observe. Within walking distance of local hotel, for evening meals or drinks at the bar. Outside area with seating provided to enjoy. We now have WiFi available to guests. Earlier (from 4pm) check-in available on certain days - please message to inquire.

Avalon Chalet

Bespoke built, Avalon Chalet is a modern self-catering chalet. Situated in the picturesque township of Borve, only 4 miles from Portree, where there are a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Ideal quiet location for your day trips around Skye. Beautiful views and sunsets. Only 20 minutes from Uig Ferry terminal Ample parking Wi fi During April / May, there are plenty cute baby lambs on the croft.

The Shielings Cabin - near Portree

The Shielings is a modern self-catering cabin. Set in the idyllic crofting township of Torvaig, you will experience uninterrupted views of the Cuillin Ridge and see an abundance of wildlife. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, separate king size bedroom, shower room and private balcony. We are centrally located, only 1.5 miles from Portree - the perfect base to explore or relax whilst visiting Skye.
