Cosy Coastal Cottage This cosy cottage is part of Blue Moon Cottages, three beautifully decorated cottages just 250 metres from the bayside beach at Rye on the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. This character filled cottage is decorated with a subtle classic neutral theme. It is large enough to accommodate a couple or a family with an infant.The cottage is also pet friendly with an outdoor courtyard which is fully fenced and pets are welcome inside. Living: Walking into the cottage the wooden clad interior has a cosy lounge with log fire for winter stays and French doors to open up to the courtyard in summer. A leather chair and comfy sofa give the feeling of a log cabin hideaway to the room.The lounge opens further to a dining area with four chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping: There is a large carpeted bedroom at the gable end of the cottage, beautifully decorated with hanging bedside lamps, a wrought iron Qeen bed and wall mounted TV. Bathrooms: Modern recently renovated bathroom with shower. There is a shared laundry on the Blue Moon Cottages site with washer and dryer. Heating and Cooling: Reverse Cycle Heater and Air Conditioner and additional wall heaters are in the dining and bedroom Parking: There is off street parking for one car Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome inside however as the cottage and courtyard is small we would recommend small dogs only. The fully enclosed courtyard garden has an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. The Sandpiper is a perfect beach retreat in both summer and winter. Your home away from home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: Air conditioning, Flat screen TV, DVD, Wifi, Log fire, BBQ, Private courtyard garden,outdoor dining area andc car parking This is self catering accommodation and the room is not serviced on a daily basis. However, all linen, towels, basic kitchen provisions and toiletries are supplied for your arrival. Corsair Cottage, beach over the road

Classic beach house in a great spot. The beach opposite is great for kids & dogs, so bring them both. Stroll the dog beach to Queenscliff or the seaside boulevard to Point Lonsdale. Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

Only two houses between us and the ocean beach, our cosy family shack of over thirty years is now available for others to enjoy. Described by visitors as having a genuine holiday feel - an ideal place to truly feel 'away from it all', but still with all the Mornington Peninsula advantages on its doorstep. Spend days enjoying the secluded ocean beach, just a short walk away up and over the dunes. Kick back, switch off and unwind as you listen to the waves and birdsong in this tranquil setting.

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

A Haven for Pets Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom studio, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!

Avon Beachshack in Ocean Beach Rye

A secluded weekend escape without all the travel or a home away from home. This lovely beach shack is the perfect location for escaping on a Friday after work. Alternatively, it may be the perfect romantic or friends getaway. The accommodation is ideally situated 300m away from the raw beauty of Rye back beach, which almost feels like your own private oasis. Grab a few drinks in an esky and enjoy the beautiful sunset or a peaceful morning walk along the water.

A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking.

Private cottage with views over farm land. The wood heater makes it very cosy in winter and air conditioning keeps you cool in summer. Breakfast provisions are provided. Relax on the deck with a drink or visit some of the Peninsula's attractions including restaurants and wineries. Red Hill Brewery is over the road. Minimum two nights.
