Find your getaway in our BRAND NEW guest suite furnished with a king bed, organic cotton sheets, blackout shades, sound machine, kitchenette, oversized bathroom, and complimentary snacks (a must have). If you're looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to relax during your time in Knoxville, look no further. Fountain City is a lovely little area in the northern part of Knoxville that is known for it's duck pond and park. The bungalow is fully stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen cooking essentials to a 50 inch smart TV preloaded with streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+. Need to work remote? We've got you covered with a convenient work desk and reliable 100mbps internet.

This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
