Ty’r Bugail - private top floor suite (sleeps 1-3)

In a quiet location a few minutes walk from Welshpool town centre, the guest suite on the 2nd floor of my Victorian town house offers a comfortable private space for 1-3 people. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a superkingsize bed and the other with a single bed) and your own shower room. The single bedroom doubles up as a sitting room with a TV and comfy chairs. Breakfast is included - help yourself in the dining room on the ground floor. There is secure off-street parking on my drive.

The Tiny Townhouse, Hay-on-Wye

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

This property is in a unique position; 200 yards away from Brecon town centre which has a very good selection of shops , cafes, restaurants and yet the rear of the house and garden is a few yards away from the River Usk; all rooms with stunning views of the river and mountains. A perfect location for Fly fishing breaks. A three day permit is available for 2 km of the Usk for £25 or if you prefer lake fishing, nearby reservoirs charges start from £14 per day!
