Acerca de 4 km para Norte, a partir da cidade da Horta, fica a Praia do Almoxarife. No espaço " a moagem" há vida em cada recanto, no jardim existe uma cisterna d' água e uma eira. Apresenta uma arquitetura de traça tradicional, que remonta ao início do século passado. N' a moagem pratica-se uma filosofia com base no tradicional e sustentável. É constituído por: apartamento, jardim, atelier de artesanato, quinta com animais, hortícolas, frutícolas e sementes de variedades tradicionais.

This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Family House - great view Horta Bay

Surrounded by 2,000 m2 of garden and farmland, with fantastic views of Horta Bay. Built in 1927 by Jaime Ferreira da Gama, grandfather of Jaime Gama, former President of the Portuguese Assembly, it was acquired in 1950 by our family and restored in 2006. It is located 850 m from the city center and 700 m from the Ferry Port. Enjoy this peaceful home with ample outdoor space, overlooking the fantastic views of Horta Bay.
