It's location halfway between historic Livingston, MT and the north gates of Yellowstone in Gardiner, MT make it the perfect home base for trips into the park, to Chico & Yellowstone Hot springs, hiking, cross country skiing, rafting or just relaxing and enjoying the views. The Paradise Valley is 60 miles of stunning landscape and wilderness and schoolhouse is right in the middle of it all.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Main floor master bedroom king bed and full master bath with tub/shower. 2nd full bathroom on main floor with a stand-up shower. Loft has 2 queen beds with roll under twin trundles. Fully furnished kitchen. Outdoor LP fire pit to enjoy smores under the big sky!
