Peaceful, two bedroom studio, stand alone Garden room with queen bed also available (extra charge), rural outlook. 10 minutes from Christchurch CBD or gateway to Selwyn district, very handy for Lincoln, Prebbleton, Akaroa and the bays, very handy to several popular Wedding venues in the area. Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. The cottage has a self contained kitchenette, separate bathroom, shower, toilet, wood burner, heater, heated towel rail. Enjoy peace and privacy in our newly renovated petite guesthouse, only 20 minutes drive away from both the CBD and the airport. The guesthouse is a separate small building, tucked away behind the garage with its own fenced patio. Many amenities including a bus stop and supermarket are a 5 min walk away. *Please note there are no cooking facilities. Please also note the landscaping is a work in progress but no landscaping will occur while guests are on site. 😊
