Home is located in Hancock NY a beautiful fishing town in Delaware county surrounded by rivers & Catskill mountains & well known for the " Trout Fishing ". Close to Camp Hilltop and French Woods summer camp. The house is located 5 mins from the downtown and close proximity to Fishing, Kayaking, and Hiking, and mountain biking.

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Lakefront Cottage (Dog Friendly!)

This private lakefront home is the perfect retreat. The house is ready for you to enjoy with a fully stocked kitchen, all your linens, kayaks, and a great view. Just bring your food and personal items and start relaxing. We are dog friendly (with no pet fee!), but please let us know if you are bringing a special guest so we can make sure they are comfortable too. We are close to Elk, hiking trails, and of course right on the lake. Enjoy your getaway!

A wood burning stove inside an outhouse and out door shower and sink with hot and cold water just steps away. There is no running water in the cabin and one solar light inside. There is access to electricity and Starlink Internet 300 feet away at the camper.
