Situated in the garden of our home, overlooking a beautiful mature willow, guests will find parking beside the garage leading to a private doorway with stairs up to the Studio.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Lakeside Barn, Woodford Farm - Wells, Somerset

Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.
