The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Tucked away between the Kotor Bay hills, Apartment Plazno has a breathtaking view, overlooking the whole bay, shimmering sea, the UNESCO-protected old town of Kotor, and the wall's peak San Giovanni. You will enjoy the calm and charm of this spot in Škaljari and still be able to get to the city center in just a 15 min walk. Surrounded by nature, the apartment turns out to be a perfect spot for a swallow's nest — their song will be your background music during morning coffees on the terrace.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Chill Studio is located above Old Town Budva which is a 5 minutes drive and 10 minutes walk to Old town. The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2. Very quiet place and pool to relax no parties allowed. Kids must be with adults. free wifi . Pool is open from may to October

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.
