Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Willow Cottage is a light, airy, spacious, modern cottage situated at The Bay, Filey. We are dog friendly offering South facing patio area in a quiet, relatively private area to the rear with BBQ. Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

Seaview Lodge (sea view 3 bedrooms)

Our beautiful lodge is situated on a quieter part of Primrose Valley Holiday Park (Havens flagship park). We only book Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights.Passes are available from Haven to use the three fabulous swimming pools, entertainment venues and activities. There are also eateries, restaurant, shop and launderette within a 10 minute walk. Our lodge overlooks Reighton Bay, in a front row sea view position with beach access close by. The caravan is stylish and comfortable with a large balcony.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. The cottage is spacious inside and out with plenty of south facing garden area for BBQ's and relaxation. Our 3 boys love to run in the open space behind the cottage and on the beach. Miles of quiet golden sandy beaches a short walk away.
