Perfect for a couple but can accomdate a larger family too! This cottage sleeps 7 and features a king bed in the studio portion, along with a bunk room. The bunk room includes a queen bed, a double bed, and an XL twin. Enjoy unique amenities such as a lighthouse and water view, AC, an EV charger, seal watching from our kayaks, and clam digging right on our beach. The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!

Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local artisan shops. Self check in with a lock box.
