Located in a small community, we admit the grocery store is 15 minutes away, but everything else is right here!

This newly renovated 4.5 star heritage home is in a prime downtown Charlottetown location and we have 3 rental units on the property, one on each floor. We are walking distance to city center, Victoria Park, many great restaurants, theatre, shopping, city transit, night-life activities and coffee outlets. Located amongst many beautiful heritage homes it’s charm and spectacular view is hard to find in a city. You will find many wonderful things to enjoy, all within walking distance!

PRIVATE two room suite located in our family home. 10 min. from historic Ch'town. One room has a double bed the other room has a king sized bed, dining table and (queen-pull out) couch. Suite includes well stocked kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, laundry, microwave, induction burner and coffee station. Also, AC, a flat screen television, wi-fi, propane firepit and BBQ. Beautiful spruce lined acre feels like private grounds. Local friendly hosts. Not suitable for parties.

It has free parking for one vehicle and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Summerside. The unit has waterfront access to Linkletter beach and is next to the provincial park. It is in a perfect and quiet location for those with a vehicle and wanting to visit areas close to Summerside, PEI.
