ISLANDER BEACH 5TH FLOOR GULF VIEW CONDO - 2BD/2BA

Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island and sits DIRECTLY on the beach. The building is painted aqua blue and gray, and all units overlook the ocean. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on our large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach, listening to the waves.

Gulf-Facing on Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach, FL

New 1BR, beautiful view, Gulf-facing; across the street from the beach rental as of 12 Jun 2020. Previous owners lived in it. I plan on using it as my office when it is not rented as I live nearby. I love hanging out there and I'm sure you will too. Full-size washer/dryer in condo; Wifi; public parking; very close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. I'll give you the entire backstory once/if we talk.
