"Kosmaj Vista” je potpuno nova kuća u blizini Kosmaja, na samo sat vremena od Beograda. Naša kuća izgrađena je 2024. godine i predstavlja savršen spoj modernog dizajna i prirode u kojoj je smeštena. Na prostoru od 60 ari nalazi se otvoreni bazen, letnjikovac sa stolom za ping pong i bbq, i predivna kuća površine od 170m2. U kući se nalaze prostrani dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, 4 spavaće sobe, dva kupatila i sala za yogu. Idealna je za porodice sa decom, okupljanje prijatelja ili team building-e.

If the temperature outside is suboptimal, we suggest warming up in the jacuzzi or sauna in the spa center. Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!
