Modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen in einem in 2023 kernsaniertem Gebäude. Im 1. OG befindet sich der offen gehaltene Wohn/Ess/Kochbereich sowie ein Außenbalkon mit Südausrichtung und das Bad. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich unter dem Dach. Zwei weitere Schlafplätze auf dem Schlafsofa möglich. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral ca. 300m vom Stadtpark und 400m von der Innenstadt entfernt. Im Radius von 50m liegen ein Bäcker mit Café, ein Supermarkt und ein Imbiss.

Onze vakantiewoning is geschikt voor max. 4 volwassenen, het stapelbed is enkel voor kinderen. S.v.p. niet boeken met meer dan 4 volwassenen. De vakantiewoning ligt op een kleinschalig rustig vakantiepark, dit park ligt aan een groot zwemmeer met veel wandel- en fietsroutes. Het is een rustig parkje, waar mensen dus ook voor hun rust komen en niet om te feesten. De woning heeft een grote tuin met volledige privacy, met een vuurplaats en een pizza-oven. Kortom een perfecte plek om te genieten!

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.
