Wir sind 20 km von der Grenze zur Toskana entfernt, daher eignet sich unser Haus perfekt als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Toskana, wie auch nach Umbrien. "IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia.
