Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

In zona Orti, nelle primissime vicinanze al polo Universitario e all'ospedale, stadio , monolocale arredato, sito al primo piano, servito da ascensore. L'immobile apre su unica zona openspace, con cucina attrezzata, completa di elettrodomestici e piastra elettrica, letto matrimoniale e comodo armadio dove poter riporre gli effetti personali. The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
