Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...).

Im Winter befindet sich die Skibushaltestelle nur wenige Meter entfernt und in kürzester Zeit sind Sie im Skikarussel. Sehr schöne Wohnung (80m²) mit Balkon in einem authentischen historischen Haus, in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur wenige Schritte von der Raschötz Seil- und Roddelbahn (100m), der berühmten Seceda-Seilbahn (200m) und dem Zentrum von St. Ulrich (400m) entfernt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Garten. Ankommen, den Autoschlüssel weglegen und frei sein zum Skifahren, Einkaufen, Aperitif trinken, Essen gehen, Wandern, Urlaub machen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Per chi ama lo sci, il comprensorio del Civetta si trova a pochi minuti di auto.
