Small cottage, swimming pool entirely private use

The 12x4 meters saline water swimming pool is exclusively for the use of the guests of the guest house! The house is located in the South Tuscany in the rural area with stunning views. Renovated with typical Tuscan materials, its a combination of an authentic flavor and the convenience of modern design. The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15 minute along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

Completamente e recentemente ristrutturato, si compone di cucina, ampia camera da letto, bagno, spazio relax all'aperto con tavolo. Dotato di aria condizionata e ogni tipo di comfort, é ieale per 2/3 persone, in cucina è presente un letto singolo. Piscina privata in condivisione con altri ospiti.

Una piccola costruzione indipendente di fronte al mare nel giardino di un’antica villa nella zona più esclusiva di Porto Santo Stefano, a pochi passi dal centro del paese, dai negozi, bar, ristoranti. Spiaggia libera 100 m La dependance è costituita da una camera con bagno. Non c’è cucina, ma è dotata di frigobar e macchina caffè Nespresso. Gli spazi interni ridotti - equivalenti ad una confortevole e panoramica cabina di una nave da crociera - sconsigliano soggiorni superiori ad una settimana.

Fonte di Sopra è uno spazioso appartamento di 86mq, costruito al primo piano. Dotato di 1 camera matrimoniale e di 1 camera doppia. Oltre al soggiorno con cucina è dotato di un'ampia area porticata (18mq) e di un giardino. In questi spazi esterni ci sono tavolo e sedie per cenare all'aperto , e comode sdraio per ammirare il magnifico cielo stellato della Maremma.
