Casa Chiassarello si trova in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, a pochi passi dal centro di Roccastrada. La casa, interamente in pietra, é ricavata da un vecchio frantoio. L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. A disposizione degli ospiti giardino e piscina, entrambi ad uso esclusivo, nella proprietà non ci sono altri ospiti

The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

L'ingresso sul vicolo è al piano rialzato (solo 4 scalini per accedervi), mentre le finestre sulla via del Poggiolo sono al secondo piano. La cucina è completamente equipaggiata, con lavastoviglie. Il loft è dotato di wi-fi, lavatrice, smart TV. Un posto auto in un parcheggio privato, a 120 metri dal loft, è incluso.

L'accesso al centro storico è chiuso alla normale viabilità ma a 200 m si trova un parcheggio a pagamento ed a circa 400 m si trovano due parcheggi gratuiti.
