Le maggiori città turistiche toscane facilmente raggiungibili sia in auto che con mezzi pubblici.

Villa Sottosopra - Il Limone

Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Affascinante appartamento al primo piano di un casale del '700 in pietra a vista, interamente ristrutturato per unire tradizione e comfort. Soffitti con travi, cucina attrezzata, ampio salone con vista incantevole. Due camere spaziose, ognuna con letto king-size e bagno privato e vedute mozzafiato. Wi-Fi incluso, perfetto per soggiorni di SmartWorking, no TV per favorire relax e natura. Aria condizionata, biancheria inclusi. Nota: per gli appartamenti il servizio colazione non è disponibile.

A 5 minuti a piedi dal porto di Livorno e dal nuovo centro commerciale porta a mare, circa 3 km dalla stazione. 28 km da piazza dei Miracoli di Pisa, l’aeroporto più vicino è l’aeroporto di Pisa a 21 km da Brunetto house. L'appartamento presenta 2 camere da letto, una cucina con forno e frigorifero, una TV a schermo piatto,WiFi gratuito, un'area salotto e 1 bagno dotato di bidet. Nell'appartamento sono presenti gli asciugamani e la biancheria da letto.

My Seahouse

Front-Row Seaside is a beautiful apartment, located in Calambrone, with an amazing view of the sea and fantastic sunsets! The beach is a 1 minute walk through the dunes by entering/exiting the private entrance. It's a perfect spot for a vacation to relax and have fun! It has a personal entrance with a common parking, the parking is a 2 minute walk. It has all important shops at a walking distance. Livorno is only a 15 minute drive away and around 20 minutes from Pisa airport.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Casa Alloro

Il mio alloggio è situato nella località Patresi frazione del Comune di Marciana, parte occidentale dell'Isola d'Elba , di fronte alla Corsica dalla terrazza si possono ammirare splendide viste panoramiche. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: la posizione, gli spazi esterni e i panorami il parcheggio riservato a pochi metri dalla casa, ed un parcheggio a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie (con bambini).
