Beach House si trova sulle rive del lago Trasimeno. La posizione è incantevole, è una delle poche proprietà situata sulle rive del lago. La posizione consente di ammirare tramonti mozzafiato in tutte le stagioni dell'anno, dove le sfumature e la magia dei colori rimarranno per sempre un meraviglioso ricordo. Located within the Borgo Santa Maria Farmhouse, immersed in the green countryside of the Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from Tuscany, this house is the ideal place to spend a holiday of nature and art tourism. The pool and the garden are places to relax to sip a glass of wine at sunset, read a book on the hammock, in absolute tranquility. There is a BIO vegetable garden, aromatic herbs, and seasonal fruit such as blackberries, raspberries, currant, raisins and much more.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
