The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. Costruita in epoca medioevale sui resti delle gradinate dell'Anfiteatro Romano, la casa offre all'interno piccole porzioni di mura romane a vista. Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro.
