It has a private pool, terrace with beautiful views and outdoor BBQ, a spacious patio with marble table, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and views over a beautiful valley with in the depths the Lago di Trasimeno. The house has characteristic thick walls and is therefore cool in summer and warm in winter. The house is completely free with a garden around it, which is fenced with a fence.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Access is independent and from the large balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Monaldeschi castle and the lake. The location is a few meters from the lake and from the center of Bolsena.

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.
