We have kayaks, paddleboards, beachchairs, & towels for your use. A backyard w/ your own picnic table, seating area, & hammock. An outdoor shower ! Minutes away from bay & oceanside beaches, biking, hiking & Nickerson State Park. 40 mins from Provincetown; & surrounded by quaint Route 6a, restaurants & shopping !

East Chop Cottage - walk to lighthouse & beach!

This quaint little cottage is located in the heart of East Chop, a neighborhood of Oak Bluffs. East Chop features the high, prominent bluffs that gave Oak Bluffs its name. A lighthouse, East Chop Light, stands at the north end of the chop on Telegraph Hill- only a five minute walk from the cottage. The cottage is a twelve minute walk to the harbor, and about a mile from the Oak Bluffs ferry! There is a public beach about 1/2 mile down the road. ***This space is not suitable for children

3rd floor, small bedroom with two twin beds and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people using this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. 800+ square feet of light and bright apartment. My low priced cleaning fee keeps your total cost down. Enjoy the patio surrounded by trees. You may see our wild turkey visitor or local bunny. Our 2 dogs are friendly and will visit if allowed. That’s up to you! There’s a neighborhood behind the house with basketball courts and walkable residential area. The apartment is newly painted. Queen bed and couch that converts to a full bed. Smart tv and fast wifi. LGBTQ friendly.

The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 3 is a Small room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stair. It offers one TWIN bed and shared bath. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, Free On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our simple cold continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

Serenity Cottage, Whimsical , w/Parking

By no means a cottage “The Cottage # 2 at The John Randall House" is a one bedroom, fully furnished condo. Just one block off Commercial Street in the very center of town makes everything conveniently close by. The cottage comes with parking, air conditioning, washer/dryer, a front deck, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and much more. Renovated this winter, this beautifully decorated home is part art gallery with a sophisticated boutique feel

Captain R08 - Small room, Queen bed & Shared bath

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 8 is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a queen bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, A/C, TV, cable, and WIFI. We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am
