The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am. On the corner of Pleasant & Bradford Streets in the West End, and diagonal to Mussel Beach gym and Liz's Cafe, you'll find this bright, cozy stand-alone cottage just one block to Commercial St. and a short walk to the beach, the Boat Slip and the heart of town. *Please note from June 1 to Sept. 13th peak season there is a minimum 7 night stay checking in/out on Saturday.
