kladi new house is located in the middle of our olive grove, on the border with the forest. Only for nature lovers "including its guests and rumors". To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

The appartement is only 150 m away from the Psakoudia-Beach and surrounded by different shopping stores, beach bars, restaurants, etc...Everything you need for your perfect beach adventure! The next airport is in Thessaloniki with a distance of 73 km and close to the city centre. You can reach the appartment easily by car.

There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

-A very convenient house right on the seafront with incredible views and direct access to the sea. It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.
