To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

The appartment is part of a small, family friendly block of three identical appartments which have been newly build. It is located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful get away yet while very convenient as it is close to the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia! Gerakini is only 5 minutes away. The beach is peacuful and not more than a one minute walk, it has the feeling of a private beach! The appartment is super cosy and has all facilities you require for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!
