Monte Carmelo is a barrio that requires you to have your own transportation, and is centrally located between downtown Isabel and the ocean front restaurant row of Esperanza

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally-located property 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal. You'll find groceries, gas stations, food trucks and Avis within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. Ac in room is super cold with queen bed with breathable memory foam mattress provide cozy feel. Beach chairs ,towels, and snorkel masks included. Parking on-site. Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.

Our home will be found through an easy walk from the Esperanza 'malecón" and up a neighborhood hill. The ample space welcomes families in the two large bedrooms and backyard. We have a children's play area for families traveling with small children. Lovely views from our balcony will remind that your Caribbean getaway has begun.
