Two houses: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (+ a bathtub), several couches/living room areas, kitchen, an outdoor terrace, outdoor shower, a grill, picnic tables, lounge chairs and a hammock.

Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped, screened-in semi-outdoor kitchen and unwind on the serene terrace amid lush landscaped gardens, just a 5-minute drive to Puerto Jiménez, close to beaches, restaurants, banks, and amenities.

Beach House at Pieza Paraiso

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
