Timms Cottage

Timms Cottage is a rustic farm cottage and allows you to relax with an indoor outdoor space giving you breath taking views of Mt Dobson, Fox Peak and our farm. The cottage is situated behind the family homestead within our garden on our farm, providing a peaceful and private setting. We are a working farm. We are 10 km from Fairlie which has some great eating places, 3 km from Lake Opuha and half an hour from Mount Dobson and Fox Peak. Tekapo and Geraldine are only half an hour away.

A13 is a self-contained unit in the Wataki Lakes Apartments on the Alps to Ocean cycle trail, in the middle of the Waitaki Whitestone UNESCO Global Geopark & abutting the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve. Views of Mt Totara. Over the golf course is Lake Aviemore, popular for boating, with many walks nearby. Hot dry summers, crisp sunny autumn & spring, cold snowy winters. Otematata's population is 200, swelling to 5000 in summer. It is on the road between Oamaru & Omarama.

A traditional Kiwi Bach we have lovingly renovated with all the mod cons that we all want to have on holiday! Located in the heart of Twizel on a quiet street just a few walk to the supermarkets/cafe/pub & minutes drive from the Lakes (Pukaki, Benmore and Ruataniwha). This is the perfect base for exploring Aoraki Mt Cook, the walks and tracks around Twizel, skiing at Ohau Snow fields, fishing or just relaxing & watching the stars at night. Lily Cottage | Lake Tekapo

Fantastic location! A perfect getaway for couples or a solo retreat, this warm and cosy modern cottage is set on a peaceful, fully fenced rear section across from the lakefront.  Wander out to the lakefront walking track for panoramic views of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. Walk just a few minutes more to reach the Church of the Good Shepherd and sheepdog memorial, then over the Tekapo footbridge (perfect location for photos!) to the village centre eateries & shops.

Wander Lodge - Cosy cottage in the forest.

Cosy cottage set in two hectares of forest. Log burner, outdoor pizza oven, well equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings. Build huts, lay in the hammock or relax under the stars in the outdoor bath. Fully fenced so safe for kids to play & explore. Great for the snow in winter and lakes in summer. 30min to Dobson ski area, 45min to Fox Peak, 50 min to Roundhill. Lake Opuha 10 min. Welcome to our Twizel Bach, this is an original hydro house in the Twizel township, with a recently renovated kitchen, bathroom and double glazed windows to keep you toasty warm in Winter. Pet Friendly and only 5 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Twizel is a beautiful spot with so much to offer, very close to the lakes for boating and fishing, the gorgeous lagoon for swimming and watersports such as paddleboarding, lots of nearby walking and bicycle tracks.

The Brown House

The Brown House was tragically lost in 2020 in New Zealand’s worst fire disaster that devastated the village Award winning architect Lisa Webb who designed the first Brown House was enlisted to design the rebuild. The results are just as stunning This four-bedroom retreat accommodates up to ten guests. Each bedroom offers breathtaking views. The house includes two living areas a dedicated office space, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
