Cosy by the Sea

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Te Henui walkway is 2 minutes walk away which leads you straight onto the foreshore walkway. Quick walk up the road to the locate supermarket, Pharmacy and Stumble Inn Cafe & Bar. Less than 5 minutes drive to central New Plymouth. Includes free Wifi

Escape to our newly built, stylish tiny home with a cozy queen bed and comfy double fold-out couch. Hangout by the firepit area, relax in the private sauna, unwind in the spa bath or refresh under the outdoor shower. With a covered outdoor patio area, enjoy sunset dinners with a view of Mount Taranaki. Located on the back section of our property, this private tiny home is only a 5min drive to scenic beaches, coastal walkway and restaurants and cafes of central New Plymouth.

'Listowel' on Tukapa

Listowel is a cosy, little cottage nestled amongst lush tropical flora, and a salt water swimming pool... simply stunning on a hot summers day. Our guests are able to take the opportunity to slow down and relax in their own private patio, where they are free to enjoy a nice beverage at the end of the day. Listowel is only a short walk to local shops, parks, New Plymouth CBD, the hospital, our beautiful coastline, and is located in Westown. 🌻 Relax ~ Enjoy ~ Have fun 🌻

Welcome to the Heart of Brooklands. We are located a 2 minute walk from the gates of the Bowl of Brooklands. Perfect for attending concerts, Festival of the Lights, WOMAD or for just roaming around Brooklands and Pukekura Parks. New Plymouth City is a short 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk through the park to the CBD. Guests have secure onsite parking on the premise. We provide a quiet newly built studio securely positioned to maximise privacy from the family home.
