This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

This one of a kind space is all the things you need it to be - inviting, creative, clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous! We've put a ton of thought into everything from the layout to the decor to all the things that make for a great night of sleep and a splendid cup of coffee. You'll love this space! Please note the backyard and laundry room are spaces shared with other guests. Both have locking doors between them so all interior space is private.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Heights studio cottage - Walk to Kavanaugh

This is a brand new guest house in the Historic Heights neighborhood walking distance to local upscale shopping and dining. The home is close to UAMS, ACH, downtown, UALR, and most major medical centers. The location is perfect for medical, business, or family travelers wanting to experience the best neighborhood in Little Rock. We have storage for bicycles available upon request. We are minutes from the Arkansas River Trail and Big Dam Bridge.

It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
