It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have pictures of this house dating back to approximately 1917 it was the farmhouse of 160 acre homestead just on the edge of Moscow Idaho. Our 8 acres are bordered by the University of Idaho Arboretum , have a good view, nice sunsets . We have one horse and one mule and five chickens. The South Fork of the Palouse river runs through our property. But you can jump across it. The City bicycle park is across the street. Dog is ok.

Patio has a dining table and seating area.

No cleaning fee, minimal checkout instructions.
