The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Una villa di 150 mq sul mare toscano di Prato Ranieri, circondata da un giardino meraviglioso e ben curato, posta in un'area pedonale tranquilla, con una spiaggia di sabbia proprio davanti al cancello. La casa è situata al secondo ed ultimo piano, senza ascensore. A 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa c'è un box auto privato da prenotare, €12/notte.

È una piccola casa con 2 camere, una sala, un angolo cottura e un bagno. Da delle scale esterne potrete raggiungere il solarium, arredato con tavolo, sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.
