This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Nalazi se u samom centru Brela, svega 4-5 minuta od centra, plaže i svih aktivnosti vezanih uz obalu. Restorani, supermarket, pekara, kafići, ljekarna, crkva i plaža mogu se obići pješice, a parking vam je besplatan. Domaćin će vas dočekati i dati vam sve preporuke.

Lokacija je savršena za miran i ugodan godišnji odmor, sa kristalno čistim morem, najčišćim na Makarskoj rivijeri. Villu krasi savršen miks tradicionalnog i modernog. Okružena je velikim vrtom sa 17 stabala maslina, nekoliko palmi i borovom šumom.

It was therefore our intention to bring it back to life and restore this original idea – to offer escape, relaxation and pure joy to our guests in a beautiful setting.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

It is sorrunded by beautliful Adriatic landscape.The mountains provide a lot off walks and bike trackways.The beaches and the see are 5 minutes of driving away.Also the main characteristics of the house are the breathtaking view,peace and isolation.The space has a rustical and simple feel to it so you feel like home.
