Beautiful 1 bedroom basement suite in Rosewood. Separate keyless access. Clean and quiet new build neighbourhood close to parks, Tim Hortons, Costco, and grocery stores. Please note there is no cooking allowed in the suite, only fridge and microwave are avaliable. Limited towels per guest provided. We also have a young child who is an early riser, there may be noise and heavy footsteps. Please read ALL booking details. Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

Note for past guests: The hot tub is not available until spring of 2025. The Lakehouse is a lakefront property located on Kivimaa-Moonlight Bay at Turtle Lake, SK. Within steps of the public beach, playground, and a new mini-golf centre. The Lakehouse is a short drive to the boat launch, golf course, fuel and restaurants. The Lakehouse is ideal for rest and relaxation or as a base camp for outdoor enthusiasts - boating, fishing, golfing, sledding, ice fishing and cross country skiing.
