Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

The restaurant and café strip on nearby Elizabeth Street is a 5 minute walk, or take in a film at the historic State Cinema (rooftop screenings are generally available during the summer months). Walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes or take an Uber for $9. Ride-sharing scooters are also readily available. Sleeping 6 guests with Wi-Fi and off-street parking.

Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
