Classic beach house in a great spot. The beach opposite is great for kids & dogs, so bring them both. Stroll the dog beach to Queenscliff or the seaside boulevard to Point Lonsdale. Maybe you’d rather meander through the moonahs of ‘Lovers Walk’ or follow the shores of Swan Bay. Look for dolphins as you swim or snorkel, then rinse off in the outdoor shower. Enjoy a BBQ whilst the kids and dog explore the secure yard. End the day in the outside bath under the stars, listening to the ocean.

A light filled yet cosy two-bedroom cottage, only 500 meters from the front beach. We have a full kitchen, and the pantry is stocked with your foodie basics. Outside a spacious backyard with BBQ and firepit. A twenty-minute stroll along the promenade will lead you to our historic lighthouse, shops, cafes and wine bar (a couple of minutes if by car). Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a unique, modern, spacious, well equipped, one bedroom apartment, suitable for couples or 1-2 adults, centrally located in beautiful Point Lonsdale. It is one minute walk to the front beach, the iconic viewing platform, the Point Lonsdale shops, cafes and the beautiful promenade beachfront walk. Co located with our home, it has a private entrance. There is an equipped kitchen, lounge and work station. The bedroom, on a mezzanine, requires guests to safely climb stairs.
