Ca l'Enric es un precioso chalet de montaña totalmente reformado situado en el vecindario de Tregurà (valle de Camprodon), al pie del Balandrau, a 20 km de Vallter 2000 y 12 minutos de Camprodon. Está a una altura de 1.365 metros sobre el nivel del mar y domina todo el valle con unas vistas de ensueño que llegan hasta la Costa Brava y el mar Mediterráneo. La finca consta de un gran jardín, dos zonas de barbacoa, chimenea, jacuzzi, terraza exterior con sofás y tumbonas y un garaje para 2 coches.

En option nous proposons la mise à disposition de deux VTT électriques pour découvrir la richesse des alentours (nature, patrimoine, panoramas) en laissant votre voiture au parking.
