The apartment has a spacious terrace with sea view, two separate rooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

House has 2 separate units - it consists of one apartment for 4 persons that extends over 3 floors and one bedroom for 2-3 persons on the ground floor. The room on the ground floor has separate entrance and it`s connected with the rest of the house by external stairs. This well-equipped house will charm you!

You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving.
