We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

Wake up to deer just outside your door. Visit downtown Pt. Pleasant where you’ll find multiple shops, restaurants and the Mothman Statue. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Located in the historical district of Main Street;this property is within 2 blocks of the world’s only Mothman museum. The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).
