You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Meine Unterkunft (Fewo Luisa, ca. 27 qm) liegt in der Altstadt von Meersburg, einen Steinwurf von den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, zu einer ruhigen Seitengasse gerichtet, umgeben von sehr guten Restaurants, Cafés, Bars wie auch Museen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Haustiere sind willkommen. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, See, Schiff und Fähre ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Kostenfreie Parkplätze auf nahe gelegenem öffentliche Parkplatz

Die Wohnung ist hell und bequem eingerichtet mit moderner Dusche und Küche sodass deiner Erholung nichts im Wege steht. Die Küche ist mit einer Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso), Wasserkocher sowie Toaster ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Gewürze uvm. findest du ebenso. Wir freuen uns sehr, dich zu empfangen

Die Gegend der Ferienwohnung bietet eine vielseitige und einzigartige Naturlandschaft. Neben dem Burgweiler Ried (2500 ha) erreicht man in 30 Minuten den Bodensee, Friedrichshafen, Stein am Rhein, Ravensburg, Insel Mainau und vieles mehr. In Wilhelmsdorf sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, und es gibt viele schöne Attraktionen. Gerne können wir Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung geben.

One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
