Lavender Hill Roost beach themed unit features a large bedroom with a balcony, bathroom with a stand up shower, large living room furnished with a twin bedroom suite and a private guest entrance. It also includes a kitchenette and an on-site shop with many convenience foods, beverages and products. The property is on 13 acres to hike and enjoy, including firepits, a swingset & a larger shop featuring many locals products. It is close to the New River Gorge National Park.

Cozy Farm Cottage with a View 3.3 MILES OFF I-77

Come enjoy quiet seclusion on a 210 acre farm located 5 miles from Winterplace ski resort and Weathered Grounds Brewery and only 3 miles off the Ghent exit! Self check-in on a private half mile long road. Feed the fish with two ponds full of blue gill, coy, bass and catfish. Hike or mountain bike on miles of trails throughout the property! Then come drink hot chocolate next to the fireplace, or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the covered porch!

C and J Cottage is located in the New River Gorge National Park, the newest national park. There is access to Sandstone Landing's patio alongside the New River. It is a fully furnished home with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a beautiful river front view. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.

The Hidden Gem

Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Pets welcome inside up to 25 lbs. Owners nearby to assist if needed.

Cute 1-BR stone cottage close to NRG

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

Enjoy this farmhouse style ranch home tucked in the hills of southern West Virginia. The home boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms, a soaker tub, a theater room, and an indoor climbing wall. Relax at the outdoor fire pit or enjoy a stroll down the wooded lane if you prefer the outdoors. Just enough seclusion to forget where you are, but close enough to local attractions like Winterplace Ski Resort, the New River, and Burning Rock.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants. We are located within the city of Oak Hill so no crazy backroads or surprises : ) Relax on our back porch, around the firepit, or inside in the air conditioning after a great day of having fun! Richmond’s Meadow Creek Hideaway Cabin #3

Our fun sized Cabin #3 is 120 sf, roughly the size of a standard bedroom; however it includes a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, loft bed area, and a futon sofa that makes a bed. We have satellite tv, wifi, ac, linens provided, kitchenware, and a large deck with a propane grill. We also have a back yard with a fire pit and wood provided. This Cabin is open seasonally April through October yearly.
