It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a convertible sofa that folds out into a full bed. Dock for your boat or fishing. Boat trailer parking. Well behaved pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee.

Along with the ample space to grill and enjoy wildlife outside there is room for the kids to play boardgames and watch movies inside.
