Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. The Gautrain station is 8 mins away and it takes 12 minutes to the airport . The suite is located on the first floor with a separate entrance and secure undercover parking. Fast internet and lovely garden and pool views. We use solar power so not affected by load shedding. Kitchenette only, no stove/oven.
