Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. Our cottage is ideal for singles, couples, business travelers, and even a small family looking for a short or long stay over.

A private self-contained lock-up and go guest suite with unrestricted 24/7 access. 2.5 km from Unisa, 10,2 km from Monash University, 12,3 km from University of Johannesburg (UJ) and 16 km from University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). Guests do not have to share any spaces within the home with any members of the household as it is a totally independent unit even though it is situated within the main house.
