This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. Hunting is prohibited in gated area.

Outside there is a private hot tub, gas grill, large gas fire pit and spectacular views!

There is not a dishwasher, but there is a washer, dryer combination. There are two seperate Tv viewing areas if desired.
