Furniture is all new and the sleeper sofa has a foam mattress (it's actually comfortable.)

There are 2 separate living areas and a good sized backyard with a covered deck and hot tub. There is room for parking off street in addition to a two-car garage. We do allow pets, but ask that you pick up after them.
